Business Service centre
Greater Stavanger has established a Business Services Centre facility that can help you arrange successful business visits to our region. In co-operation we can plan and carry out programs that successfully cover your needs and hopefully most of your wishes.

The European Union Office
The Stavanger region's European Office is a regional center of knowledge on the European Union and Europe in general. Through sharing of information, seminars and direct contact with the European market, the pathway to Europe is made shorter and easier. The Stavanger region was the first region in Norway to establish its own regional office in Brussels. Read more about European Office
We are present in Houston and Rio de Janeiro
The purpose of the our presence in Houston is to monitor developments within the energy and health cluster, and other sectors. In addition, the office is a point of contact for potential partners in Greater Stavanger and Greater Houston.
The Stavanger region is also present in Rio de Janeiro - One of the most important markets for the global oil and gas industry in the years to come.
Rogaland International
The Rogaland International website provides quick and useful information about the regional international business agents. The website is a collaboration of nine different organizations working on the internationalization of businesses in the county of Rogaland.
- The Rogaland International website will be launched in January 2011.
Delegation trips
Greater Stavanger hosts several delegation trips. Each year we travel to the world's largest oil exhibition OTC in Houston. In 2010, 150 politicians and business leaders participated in the Houston delegation. We also brought people from the community and business sectors on the delegation travels to Rio de Janeiro and to the world exhibition EXPO in Shanghai.
